Sierra Lonepine Briano has been teaching art and conducting art workshops for the past 26 years. Since earning a BFA from Marylhurst University, she has shown her work throughout the Western United States and Canada. Her work has also been included in a number of publications and as cover art for Hey Paisan, an anthology of Italian American Gay and Lesbian Writers, WeMoon Anthology and Wemoon Calendar.

Feeling that other women would want to share in the creativity inducing, laid back, tropical venue that is Yelapa (Mexico) Women's Art Week and TripOut were born.

Since 2005, TripOut has been leading Women's Art Week in Yelapa as well as other Art and Culture workshops in Mexico and at ArtSprings Art And Writing Retreat For Women in Gaston, Oregon.
